Did You Know May is National Disability Insurance Awareness Month?

It’s the perfect time for a disability insurance “check-up”. As a practicing lawyer, you know that your most valuable asset is your income. If a disability takes you out of work for an extended time period, having a monthly benefit paid to you by your disability insurance can be a huge help to you and your family. A good way to conduct your disability insurance “check-up” is to calculate the monthly insurance benefit you would need to be paid in order to cover your living expenses if you no longer had a paycheck coming in. Then compare this to your current disability plan benefit. Do you have the right amount of coverage? Take a look at to learn about National Disability Awareness Month and call me to discuss your needs for disability insurance sponsored by the ABE.
